HomeFit offers various digital products and services, including but not limited to:

Refund Eligibility for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be returned or "unused" once accessed, we have the following refund policy:

  • One-time Purchases: For one-time digital product purchases, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided you have not downloaded or accessed more than 30% of the content.
  • Subscription Services: For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Personalized Plans: For custom or personalized fitness plans created specifically for you, refunds are available within 7 days of delivery if you have not yet implemented the plan. Once you begin using a personalized plan, refunds are no longer available.

Refund Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within the specified timeframe for the particular product or service
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)
  • You must explain the reason for your dissatisfaction
  • For digital products, you must not have downloaded, printed, or accessed the majority of the content
  • For subscription services, cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges

Exclusions

The following are excluded from our refund policy:

  • Products or services clearly marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
  • Products or services purchased during promotional events or sold at significantly discounted rates
  • Digital products that have been fully downloaded, accessed, or used
  • Subscription services after the cancellation period has passed

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include the following information in your email:

    • Order number or receipt
    • Date of purchase

    • Reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days
  4. If your refund is approved, the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider's policies

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based services, you can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  1. Logging into your HomeFit account
  2. Navigating to "Account Settings" > "Subscriptions"
  3. Selecting "Cancel Subscription" next to the relevant subscription
  4. Following the prompts to complete the cancellation

Please note:

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the paid period
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription periods

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the time it takes to process depends on your payment method:

  • Credit or Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days

Please note that while we process refunds promptly on our end, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution's processing times.

Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise. In the following cases, please contact our customer support team directly:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from accessing or using the product as intended
  • Unauthorized purchases
  • Duplicate charges
  • Medical conditions that prevent you from using our fitness products (documentation may be required)

Promotional Offers and Discount Codes

For products or services purchased with promotional offers or discount codes:

  • If a partial refund is issued, the discount will be proportionally applied to the refunded amount
  • If a full refund is issued, the discount code will not be restored or reissued for future use
  • Products marked as "final sale" or purchased during special promotional events may be non-refundable
